The production of single-sided PCB, double-sided PCB and multi-layer PCB will go through E-test or flying probe test to ensure quality. The processing price is based on the length x width x square price and the engineering cost. Expedited samples can be completed within 24 hours.
Patch has been inspected by AOI throughout the whole process, and the quality is guaranteed. SMT processing is calculated according to the number of solder joints of electronic components. DIP is generally based on manpower and hourly unit price divided by production capacity and engineering costs. The sample can be completed in 8 hours.
Confirm with customers in time to reduce product error rate. PCBA design cost is based on PCBA design cost plus PCBA sample cost and engineering cost. The delivery time needs to be determined according to the difficulty of the customer’s product.
